Mission and Vision Statement

Introduction: As a young teacher in training its important to have a mission and vision statement plan. Here is my mission and vision:

Mission- As an educator, my mission is to impart knowledge assisting students to develop their passion and skills to be used as a life long process.

Vision- In the next five years, I would like to achieve both associated and bachelors in education which I would be able to improve my teaching skills as the years go by enabling me to be a more effective teacher also I would like to achieve my life goals.

Reflection: The vision and mission statements help provide a focal point that helps individual works toward a single purpose. This helps to increase efficiency and productivity.
